Developed by cisco.chromestore, this free add-on seamlessly integrates with the Google Chrome experience, providing immediate access to a comprehensive suite of enterprise calling features.
With Webex Calling for Chrome, users can enjoy inbound and outbound calling, as well as mid-call features such as hold, resume, call transfer, and call waiting. The extension also offers visual voicemail, allowing users to easily manage their messages. Additionally, users can click to call phone numbers directly from a Chrome webpage, saving time and effort.
The extension provides detailed call and voicemail history, making it easy to keep track of communications. It also offers enterprise directory search and single-sign-on for added convenience. Presence indicators for contacts allow users to see the availability of their colleagues.
Webex Calling for Chrome is powered by the Webex platform, a proven cloud calling platform used by over 45 million people worldwide. The service is available in over 120 countries and integrates with more than 20 service provider partners. Users also have the option to bring their own carrier.
